I don't understand how we can pass if one of that fails?
also we seem to be running all 3 modes here? did we enable the legacy mode recently?

versus if you take a look here: https://github.com/ovn-org/ovn-kubernetes/actions/runs/8546598998/job/23417933093?pr=4248 there are no errors but we are only running two modes out of the 3 modes in the table of the e2e

lol wait I think those are flakes? we run each e2e 2 times? it passes sometimes and flakes other times? no idea
