Upstream issue: weaveworks/weave#3406

Weave does not clean up and delete unused bridge network interfaces. There's a hard limit of 1024 bridge ports, hitting it makes things fail.

Logs to spot

[overnode] failure to …
docker: Error response from daemon: attaching veth "vethwepl23795" to "weave": exchange full.

Workaround

Run /vethwep-cleanup.sh periodically. This cleans up the unused interfaces.
