docs: can you have a page as the category's 'home'?

for example in CLI ref, commands list should be more separated, would be awesome, if it opened, when you click on CLI ref.

I tried. It seems like it is impossible to achieve with Docusaurus, which is the engine behind it. But to be honest I did not dig well enough to conclude it is impossible. I will keep the ticket as a reminder to have a look into this later.

If it has github or similar issues (discourse?), I'd search in there. Somebody probably has complained about it.
