Upgrade to 5.0.3 CE - Installing scheme-full fails due to outdated texlive version (2023 instead of 2024)

Steps to Reproduce

1. start overleaf with toolkit
2. Enter command as mentioned in the Quick Installation Guide to install texlive scheme-full: docker exec sharelatex tlmgr install scheme-full

Expected Behaviour

Should install texlive scheme-full

Observed Behaviour

Console output:
tlmgr: Local TeX Live (2023) is older than remote repository (2024). Cross release updates are only supported with update-tlmgr-latest(.sh/.exe) --update See https://tug.org/texlive/upgrade.html for details.
