MongoDB return ReadConcernMajorityNotAvailableYet

I‘m trying to develop with /bin/dev,all services created successfully.
But website shows :"Error occurred while trying to proxy: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/"
Found some logs on the mongo:5 service:

No files found in the /var/log/mongodb directory. Please help.
The same code successed with build→init→up，no problem
