open street map don't display

Description and/or steps/code to reproduce the problem

the map.xml config line is next
/storage/emulated/0/osmdroid/tiles
/storage/emulated/0/osmdroid
the problem is the map don't show anymore,even i has opened vpn,
but the problem is not resovled;

so i try to close app and rename /storage/emulated/0/osmdroid/tiles to /storage/emulated/0/osmdroid/tiles2 ,
and open app again ,suddenly it work.
so when this happen again , what should i do?
maybe some configure to edit or only delete tiles.db ?
openStreetMap as tile don't work,delete db file,and it work again.
