MyPlaces>Tracks: Do not preserve scroll position between folders

If on a MyPlaces>Tracks screen you have a long list of folders, extending over several screen heights, and scroll down some, then tap on a folder to change into it, the folder's contents will show up with a correspondingly scrolled down position, i.e. they show somewhere 'in the middle' of the list, not from their top.

We should show all folder contents from the top initially (so also the 'Sorted by' button is immediately visible.

We have an issue with jumping selection mode, which was done due to different screen layouts present. Though I didn't reproduce your scenario probably I don't have such a long list of folders
