ESP32S2 Firmware bug

I have a problem with the ESP32S2-SOLO-2U, I have a Ra-08H(LoRa) module on UART 0 but the current firmware for the ESP32-S2 does not allow me to send or receive data from the LoRa module. Any ideas/fixes ?

With the absence of any usable information, frankly no.
And stating this is a firmware bug without any context is a bit presumptuous in my opinion.

Most probably the problem is that you are reassigning UART0 other pins, and probably your setup is using UART0 behind the usb as console. EPERM means "no permission" and can mean "device in use"

Try with another UART, for example UART1. Please tell if that worked.

I have another device on UART 1, also I have checked the RX and TX pin definitions

and there seems to be no problem. However, I use the usb for programming could it be that UART0 doubles as a programming port, beacause I have noticed that the activity leds that I have on UART0 flash when I upload a program trough the USB port. As you mentioned, this may be the reason for the error. What is the fix then?

Try os.dupterm(None,1) to detach the REPL from UART0.

I tried but with no success here is the output:
