[BUG]: The first 'make build' did not even finish in 5hrs while trying docker setup

I was trying the new docker setup by following https://github.com/oppia/oppia/wiki/Installing-Oppia-using-Docker

Currently, I am still in progress of make build stage. It has been almost 5hrs since I started the process

I am using an M1 Macbook Air.

Follow https://github.com/oppia/oppia/wiki/Installing-Oppia-using-Docker

I am currently doing make build for the first time.

Expected Behavior

The process should be finished within atleast 2hrs.

Sorry for the late response.

Somehow this step was successful.

But when I tried make run-devserver it was at a forever loading stage.
