Error 404 shows when open "Chapter 1: What is Fractions??" #20259

Describe the bug

When open "Chapter 1: What is Fractions??", I get a 404 error in the backend but there is not error in the front end.

Steps To Reproduce

1-Navigate to "Learner Dashboard."
2-Go to the Basic Math.
3-Open "Begin With Fractions"
4-Click "Chapter 1: What is Fractions??"

Expected Behavior

It should not give error 404 in the backend
