Access to topic and skills dashboard

Please how do I navigate to the "topic and skill dashboard"

@Felix-Mauyon Follow these steps:

1. Go to admin page by clicking on profile icon and then click on admin or directly go to /admin.
2. Go to roles tab and type your username and click on pencil icon
3. Assign yourself curriculum admin role

Now go to home page and when you click on profile picture you will topic and skills dashboard button in the drop-down.
