Should we use exploration editor class for any work related to explorationCreator/explorationEditor?

Since we now have an exploration editor class, and most of the CUJs require creating an exploration (other than exploration creator CUJ also), should they utilize this exploration editor class for any tasks related to exploration creator.

For example:
In #20195 (review) we are creating new methods for creating an exploration, saving, and publishing. I think they should use methods of exploration-editor class which are already implemented.

Yes, please use the methods appropriate to the role that the user is playing (even if that role isn't a formally-assigned role in the Admin tab). /cc @AFZL210
