Do I need to implement both e2e and acceptance tests? and one test is missing

In milestones of project 1.1, only 3 e2e tests are mentioned:

1. For testing the new /learn page in different cases (0 classrooms, 1 classroom, >1 classrooms)
2. For testing navigation links
3. test for learner dashboard

and, there should be one more test for the classroom creation user journey, which I will also add. so, in total, there will be 4 e2e tests.

Do I also need implement the acceptance test also?

Thanks for identifying the missing test. Ideally, you would just implement the acceptance tests; we are currently migrating from e2e tests to acceptance tests so you don't need the e2e ones.
