Hello, I am currently trying to setup opentrack to work with Splitgate, a first person shooter. After watching a few youtube tutorials I tried using all variations, for this FPS game I chose "mouse emulation' however I noticed that the sensitivity is super low, I can move my head a lot and the mouse will barely move. I've tried changing sensitivty etc. I understand that this is mainly for flight simulators and other means, but was wondering if there is a way to get it to work.

Try to "amplify" the movement scaling using the mapping curves.
For instance, this the Yaw mapping (for freetrack) I use for ETS2 and ATS, try to set something similar for Mouse X axis based on head Yaw:
