I use opentrack with DCS on linux by running it in the same Proton prefix as DCS. I wanted to try the same for Il-2 BoX, but somehow it won't see the camera when I run opentrack in that prefix. Both prefixes are using the latest Proton release (experimental)
I'm looking for help on finding out why the camera is detected with the DCS prefix but not with the Il-2 prefix.
System:
AMD X570 based system
OpenSuse Tumbleweed linux
microsoft HD-3000 webcam.
I would love to get advice on possible tricks that may help me get this working. Perhaps even just steps to analyse the problem.
