set
parameter, specifically what happens when the a playlist is "updated by overwriting"for example say the current play queue is
which was originally set with
?action=set&id=1&id=2&id=3
followed by an?action=skip&index=2
next, using dsub (presumably close to the original subsonic client for android)

?action=set&id=1&id=2&id=3&id=4
what should be the state of the player?

i originally had some logic that would restore the playing index after an operation like this, but that breaks shuffling seemingly
and insight on this @spl0k or maybe @daneren2005? 😁
thanks!
