No way to easily confirm line on touchscreen

How to reproduce the issue?

Using a mobile phone and accessing the ID editor from Firefox, I obviously can't press enter when I am done tracing a line to confirm it. Moving the map also temporarily tracing the line, which is annoying. The only way to confirm it is pushing the "Save button", but it's not an acceptable solution in my opinion.
