example https://www.openssl.org/1/2
fails to load the css/js as the locations are "inc/..." rather than "/inc/..."

Funny, I noticed the same thing today, because I tried to download today's security advisory before it existed. Here's a broken link to tomorrow's advisory: https://www.openssl.org/news/secadv/20230208.txt
