How to build OpenSSL's Documentation from sources?

Execue me, OpenSSL Team.

If I want to build OpenSSL's Documentation from sources, how should I do?

make build_docs should do it after you've run the configuration process.

What if I use nmake to build? Run nmake build-docs? But it seems not working?
