Forward messages to the user's private chat in their language.

When events occur to notify the user in his personal correspondence with the bot, then you need to do this in the user's chosen language.

This happens for example when receiving a payment.

Когда происходят события для уведомления пользователя в его личной переписке с ботом, то надо делать это на выбранном языке пользователя.

Это бывает например во время получение платежа.
