Add a code for
php-telegram-sdkhttps://github.com/opensourcewebsite-org/php-telegram-sdk so that thebot_user.provider_user_blockedfield can be fixed when the user blocks the bot and the bot can no longer write to the user in private chat.Use https://core.telegram.org/bots/api#update my_chat_member too for 2 cases.
