На экран выбора функций для группы добавить второй кнопку “Language”.

По умолчанию не выбран язык, как и сейчас используется язык пользователя.

Если включено, то бот отправляет все свои ответы на выбранном языке.

При выбранном языке должна быть возможность очистить ранее выбранный язык, добавить кнопку с корзиной в список языков.
