Docker container for easier installation, separation & distribution.

Dependencies now all defined in config files for automatic resolution in package open semantic search, so separated docker containers can be provided soon.

Separated Solr container preconfigured for Open Semantic Search now by extension of official Solr container by https://github.com/opensemanticsearch/solr.deb/blob/master/Dockerfile

Added Open Semantic Entity Search API index schema to preconfigured Solr docker container https://github.com/opensemanticsearch/solr.deb/blob/master/Dockerfile so there is now an separated Docker container for Entities index and Solr tagger.

The Solr host for entity linking library using Solr tagger can be set to separated solr server by environment variable
OPEN_SEMANTIC_ETL_SOLR
