New Parser for Würzburg

The Paser for canteen in Würzburg semes to be broken.

@florian-sabonchi All parers are developed by contributors and usually are linked on the canteen page (see "Über Parser"). As far I see, some canteens in Würzburg have data, some not, but most are either from https://github.com/mswart/openmensa-parsers or https://github.com/cvzi/mensa.

You would have to check the specific canteen you are looking for and try to contact the parser author directly. Otherwise, if you are willing to develop and maintain your own parser, I can replace the data source.

Sorry that I can't of any other help but I'll try to keep the server and database backend running as long as possible.
