Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is a typical, "nice to have" feature, not a "must have" feature, but I think it would provide a breakthrough presentation feature in a variety of use cases.

Describe the solution you'd like
To my knowledge, OpenLayers is the only web map API that can switch the map projection method regardless of the coordinate system of the data source, simply by switching the View's coordinate system.
I think OpenLayers will be useful in various geographic education applications, and if the switching of coordinate systems can be shown as an animation, the viewer can intuitively recognize the difference between the different coordinate systems, which will be very powerful in educational applications.

I think this can be achieved by roughly converting the center point, display range, azimuth inclination, etc. in the coordinate system before conversion to the center point, display range, azimuth inclination, etc. in the coordinate system after conversion, complementing the movement of points between these ranges, and expressing this in an animation.
