Describe the bug
Even though its territory spans four geographical time zones (from +3 to +6), standard time in Kazakhstan is UTC+05:00. These times apply throughout the year as Kazakhstan does not observe Daylight Saving Time. Kazakhstan switched to a single time zone, UTC+05:00, on March 1, 2024. The timezones.kml file is not updated to reflect the current timezone for Kazakhstan.
Expected behavior
The timezones.kml should render a single timezone for all of Kazakhstan - UTC+05:00

Thanks for taking the time to report an issue. Please note that the OpenLayers website is primarily about the software OpenLayers, not the data it can consume. So we ask you for your understanding that the examples are provided for the purpose of showcasing features of OpenLayers and the code required to use them, not for providing maps for any other purpose.
That said, we spend our limited volunteer time on maintaining the software and have to rely on contributors like you for updates elsewhere. If you can provide an updated KML file, or even a pull request that replaces the one we currently have, it would be much appreciated.
