Search bar overlaps top paper in list at intermediate horizontal scales

On the main journal page, if i have it at an intermediate width, the search bar overlaps with the first paper. It's impressive how the text dodges it, but i think probably the tabs should expand to full width and the search bar stacks underneath that instead :)
