I think the reviewers in a [REVIEW] issue (not a [PRE REVIEW] issue) should be automatically assigned to the issue. Currently, it seems that only the editor is assigned to the issue.

I think this change would be beneficial for people like me, that use the "assigned issues" tab on GitHub as a sort of TODO list. I don't see any downsides.

Currently, I can see the [REVIEW] issues I'm working on only in the "mentioned issues".
