It seems the DB on staging-UK is out of sync making it unusable: while the server is up, we can't seem to stage PRs / master.
We should be able to stage PRs/master-branch.
Staging fails on staging-UK.
Not a fix but see reference on this Slack thread / issue.

DuplicateColumn: ERROR: column \"primary_taxon_id\" of relation \"spree_variants\" already exists
I think a previous version of that PR was staged on this server at some point, and maybe the migrations have been regenerated with a new ID since.

The solution is to do:
No branches or pull requests
