Updated discharge as regular flood peak in https://svn.oss.deltares.nl/repos/openearthmodels/trunk/deltares/sandbox/

Simulation now takes roughly 2 min for a day (OpenMP = 8 cores, No MPI).

Optimised computational speed by changing DtUser (5s) and starting from restart-file. It might take longer to see updates in bed level now, so maybe we should increase DtUser if this is necessary.
