Allow multiple pipelines for one repository to run in parallel #534

At the moment, only one pipeline can run per repository. We may want to be able to run multiple pipelines (e.g. for different branches). Currently this is difficult to achieve because there is a single PVC which is used by all pipelines for one repo, and this PVC is used for caching. If all would use different PVCs, there wouldn't be a caching effect.
