Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when I have to restart the whole ODS infrastructure just because a service is down.

Describe the solution you'd like
An script checking if all services are up and restarting only the ones it finds down.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Additional context
If you are running e2e tests, you waste a lot of time for each service it finds down.
