Describe the bug

Can select live after selcting a timestamp. This is only on dev

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Select a teimstamp
Try to hover over "live"
cant click on live to reset

Expected behavior

Click on live to reset

Additional context

new zoom feature? new fade out feature?
