Usability: link from talk list / talk view to speaker profile

Currently when you want to check speaker profile from talk list / talk view you have to copy speaker name, go to speakers search and get to profile from results.

It could be improved by making speaker name a link to profile in these places.

I think that the proposal is similar to #1181 posted by @iansltx but it seems it was not implemented in the end:

Is there a reason for not doing it?

There was no reason for rejecting @iansltx's proposal except I was purging all requests greater than a year old at the time since it looked like I was not going to get around to it.

I think this request is reasonable, I don't know when I will get around to working on it as I have other priorities for my side-gig days at the moment. I would definitely merge in a PR that implemented this.
