[Feature Req] view container logs of running apps from admin page

It would be useful to be able to read the container logs from a given app instance via the admin GUI (for on-the-fly debugging).

Hi, I understand that this could be useful and therefore I'm keeping this open as a feature request.
One problem I see with this is that as an admin you may want to see logs from an app that is no longer running. In order to implement this, we would have to keep track of closed apps.

Typically we solve this in a different way:

• if we are using k8s, we use the shinyproxy monitoring stack: https://github.com/openanalytics/shinyproxy-monitoring
• for plain Docker: we let ShinyProxy create log files on the filesystem and access the files from there: https://shinyproxy.io/documentation/configuration/#application-container-logs
• we use S3 (compatible) buckets if available
