How to use whisper on windows and NAVID GPU?

when i use whisper in windows11,
print: FP16 is not supported on CPU; using FP32 instead.

it means whisper not use my navid gpu, why and how to change this?

and when i use --device cuda, caused some error:
RuntimeError: Attempting to deserialize object on a cuda device, but torch.cuda.is_avalable() is false.

i have fixed this problem by this:

# uninstall first
pip uninstall torch torchvision torchaudio

# e.g. for CUDA Toolkit 1.8
pip install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu118
