Remove duplicated entries in downloads/applicance and download/package

When you open for example https://software.opensuse.org/download/appliance?project=OBS%3AServer%3A2.10, you will notice that there is a multiple of two images for every dropdown. That's because there's a link to the package that doesn't include its version, so the link is consistent across rebuilds.
