Current behavior:

Current schedule of e.g. OSC2022 does not list any speakers. This might be because the proposal form says for the speakers field "The people responsible for the event, beside you." "Beside you" suggests that the one that is filing the proposal is also the speaker if nobody is entered in the speaker field.

Reality is that no speaker is shown in the schedule and due to issue 2984 nodody can edit proposals so that speakers will show up in the schedule.

Expected correct behavior:

If the speaker field is nil then take the submitter instead.

Not pre-filling those with existing associations lead to them being
removed on any update.
