Submit button on #/accounting/migrate-opening-balances page, displaying {{"labels.buttons.Submit }} Instead of Submit

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to app
2. Go to Accounting -> Migrate Opening Balances

Expected Behaviour

Submit button label to be Submit

Actual Behaviour

Submit button label is {{"labels.buttons.Submit }}

Settings

• Mifos X version: docker image openmf/web-app:master (032feeed2784)
• Browser used: Firefox 125.0.1
