Default Language dropdown doesn't show any other language

Description

Provide a brief overview of the enhancement or issue.
Unable to change the default language from settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the profile icon.
2. Click on settings.
3. Click on the 'Main Configuration' tile.
4. Try to change the default language

Expected Behaviour

All the available languages should be shown

Actual Behaviour

No other language is shown besides the already selected language
