Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are seeking to establish a robust implementation of Open Telemetry data acquisition, utilizing Open Telemetry instrumentation and collector. Our objective is to obtain comprehensive metrics at the repository, organization, and project levels for GitHub.

Describe the solution you'd like
Need to be configuring the Open Telemetry collector to enable the acquisition of GitHub metrics at the repository, organization, and project levels, adhering to Open Telemetry standards. This data will be seamlessly integrated with monitoring backends such as ELK Stack.

Describe alternatives you've considered
