Protect my youtube videos on moodle to download

So, i created a couses plataform on moodle, and now i need to upload some videos, but i want to know if theres anyway to protect this videos, blocking theirs downloads.

Hi @suzie-sus, downloading youtube-videos is not possible to prevent unfortunately. There are even browser extensions that helps people download video files. And even if you could find a way to prevent downloading the video file, there will always be a possibility to do screen recordings of your videos with software such as OBS Studio etc. (even Netflix can't prevent people from doing that). Perhaps not the answer you were hoping for but that is the tech landscape at the moment.

Hello @YCJOH! So, i heard some comments about this, but i just want to put another way to protect, even knowing that they can download (using programs that even more complexy and etc) or try to record the screen. Do you know any plugin that can be used on moodle just for protection?
