Race field is missing in many cases

Looks like this data is pretty "dirty", in some cases there is other demographic info showing up.

to see if this is still the case

if so then I would grab the html for the cases that have a missing Race field, download them locally, and run the parser logic to make a json and see where it's getting stuck
