Extremely slow first start of Ruby application (Ruby 2.1.4 x64 on IIS)

I am testing Ruby 2.1.4 x64 with our application, and I have big problem with application startup. On Ruby 2.1.3 32-bit, it starts in 2-3 seconds, but on Ruby 2.1.3 x64 it starts 10-15 seconds or more.
Any idea how to fix this?

@stibra I have no experience on how you're running this behind IIS and what component for that purpose.

I would recommend to test the normal application bootstrap outside IIS and compare.

As mentioned in #39, going to close this since is not a problem with the installer or DevKit but more a performance (Ruby-specific) issue.

I recommend you post future questions to RubyInstaller mailing list, where other users might be able to assist you better.
