OS: Gentoo/Linux
MPICH: sys-cluster/mpich-3.0.4

Describe the bug
./configure script is not detecting mpich ddaf87b

omnetpp/configure.in

Lines 995 to 996 in e53286a

    
           # MPICH2 has mpicxx -compile-info and -link-info, slightly broken 
        
           # (both print the same string, which includes the compiler name too)
