backlog party: we looked at the existing, and discussed our next backlog refinement session for 2.6.24. We want the updated tix in before then.
New discord is created, but lets make sure we want this to be the path forward before announcing.

Add what we DO do.

• weekly meetings, facilitating conversations on github,facilitating larger events and meetup
  "community of like-minded individuals"
  hyperlink the awesomeness directory, other links where appropriate - to keep the short length but allow branch out to more stuff.
  Try to do each paragraph by what we DO stand for, and then what we don't.
  add emphasis on metaverse standard recommendation making.
  Add as an "About us" on the top right, as well as a "read more" on the About us section (on the main scroll down)

Decide on a day, time, format, structure ... for the X spaces, and then, if we do it, roundtable discussion, more open-ended, then ... it could get a network effect, and then ... what do we do with that generated momentum??
The Wednesday meetings is not appropriate, it's admin heavy content. We want to fill workgroup participation slots. So target and find people interested in the focus groups - fill glTF, fill MSF, fill W3C, join us at this virtual world at this date... etc etc.

So, yes, we need spaces but we need 1) a place to send people for general conversation (new Discord server!!) and 2) something to do - workshops etc, which needs people to organise them.

Tons of thoughts on the Metaverse benefiting the real world already announced in the news or published on the web. Making a list of these thoughts and adding it to the OMI page may attract more folks. - gary

Demo / group updates:
"what can you put into a space that adds value to people?" - SoloSolipsist
e.g. an avatar that represents the chatbot, or a tour guide. Can help people get used to the technology better.
"What kind of traction is the Mirror (company / product) seeing?" Need to add more stuff. What are the use cases? What do people who do use it, want to do with it?
