Should be a false positive. I mean the Windows binary is built via Github action. So if there would be malware attached, it comes directly from Microsoft. You can try to run Manuskript from source as alternative. I think antivirus software does not flag Python scripts.
However it's probably best to verify whether other systems flag the release like this as well. For example it would theoretically still be possible malware attached to your binary locally after its download from other malware (potentially on your system). I think it's far more likely to be a false positive but it doesn't hurt to be cautious.
I use Manuskript on Windows 11 and also use the Bitdefender AV for malware protection. Unfortunately, the AV is flagging Manuskript as a Malware.
