Se o campo CEP estiver em branco, ao clicar para fazer a busca não é tratado.
Então o script faz uma busca por 'https://viacep.com.br/ws//json/' e dá status 400 (bad request).
Acho que poderia tratar tanto isso quanto o formato (se é um CEP válido).
