Commit Hash

I want to rearrange the windows, but it doesn't work.

Platform
windows 10, olive editor, portable 64 bit

Summary
I want to rearrange the windows, but it doesn't work. I can detach them from UI but can't attach back to another location no matter what I try. I know the area should become marked when you approach with the window, but nothing happen.

Additional Information / Output
I don't understand the default layout. No instructional video about olive that I watched is using that layout. Why not make default layout something that is most practical and most people use?
