One thought about Olive's timeline window. The whole window is vertically divided into two areas. One for audio tracks, one for video tracks. Each area is equipped with a vertical scrollbar. In my opinion it would be helpful, if users can save the vertical size of each area and also the position of the vertical scrollbars.
Why? Well, each time you load a project Olive choses the vertical size of the two timeline areas and also the position of the vertical scrollbars. But what Olive choses does not necessarily fit to the total amount of tracks and and does not necessarily fit to the ratio of video and audio tracks. Assume you have lots of video tracks and less audio tracks in your project, then it happens that you see all audio tracks but only some video tracks. If you want to see them all, you have to vertically arrange the timeline window every time you load your project. So, if Olive would remember the last arrangement, users need to arrange their timeline window less frequently.
